Had a terrible experience here, went in looking for primary healthcare, basically needed a healthcare professional to assess some symptoms I’ve been having, palpate my spleen, and was hoping to get some blood work. I’m from out of town and don’t have a GP here and did not want to go to the ER. After driving in 45 minutes, the nurse practitioner did not even examine me at all nor discuss my symptoms at all. She just told me they only treat people with acute needs and told me I could make an appointment with the doctor who wasn’t there that day. As a nurse practitioner, she should’ve been able to easily assess me or at least offer me some type of healthcare expertise...Not sure why any type of clinic offering “primary care” is incapable of seeing patients looking for very basic primary care needs...Probably a great place for people to go if they have the flu or a cold. If you don’t have either of those, don’t expect to be treated!

Refused to see my son on what was a life threatening emergency without a ID he didn't have on him and did not offer to call a ambulance or even call 911. Just wanted ID, Ins for money and offered no help .

I am a camp director and a 911 paramedic. I sent one of my counselors who dropped a heavy object on her toe. After doing an assessment and palpating the injury, I suggested she go to this clinic to confirm with an x-ray that it was not broken just to give her peace of mind. After waiting for approximately 45 minutes (which was not an issue), the Nurse Practitioner walked in, looked at it and said that they should go to the ER because the bone could poke through the skin. She never touched or assessed the injury at all. The counselor, thankfully, insisted on an x-ray which confirmed it was not broken. It was just a bruise. I am floored that this NP was so lazy as to not do a proper assessment and then wanted to send them to an ER to have a higher co-pay and bog down an already taxed ER system. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to avoid this place. I'm attaching a pic of the injury.

Horrible service ....I went if for an ear infection waited over an hour then their pa mike took about maybe a min two at the most to give a diagnosis then when I called back 2 days later feeling worse I was basically informed that what he gave was working and if I was getting worse I should come back in and pay them some more money for another round of not actual treatment

I've been here multiple times for my husband & all 3 of my boys. We've seen about 3 different doctors between all of our visits & they make us feel so welcome & are very helpful. Always making my boys feel comfortable when having a check up not to mention very convienent for us.
