The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because of two incredibly sweet ladies. Other than the two of them I spoke with one shockingly rude lady with a horrible attitude! The mess up was on their end but she spoke to me like I was an idiot and wasting her time. I should not have to call four times to have something fixed (be promised a return phone call and never recieve one), or be spoken to like that. I was raised to treat people with respect, I was never rude nor disrespectful, and I expect to receive the same in return. Sad to treat customers like that, we will be taking our time and money to another business

Great Dr. options and helpful staff. Wait can be very long depending on when you go but I get that in many Dr. offices and appreciate that when I do get seen they are helpful take their time and don't seem to rush me along. Have been using them from when I was a little kid and they have had their ups and down but I genuinely like their staff and feel confident taking myself and my family to their doctors.

Dr. Loesch is one of the most knowledgeable physicians. I am so blessed to have him as my attending physician. He really cares about my medical needs. You can't find a more caring and knowledgeable Physician.  His staff is wonderful and extremely caring too!.  Thank you! Cynthia

This place is a joke. I only go to the doctor if I feel horrible. I've been feeling like I have the flu for 5 days, so I figured it was time to go. After waiting in triage for 30 minutes, my name was called and here's what was said "Dr Mikeska says no. You haven't been here since 2015 so she would have to do a full write up and she doesn't have time." I'm not going to lie -- I lost my cool. How completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint.

I'm only giving them a star because I have to. I've been trying to get medical records and unfortunately it's difficult to get a return call from them.  Long story short I finally had someone email me the release form. I got an email back the next day saying my husband had to sign it and "Also, it is not filled out correctly". Really? When all they send you is a form without any specific instructions or that maybe you  can't sign the form which by than you have wasted more time. Wow! Not only are they rude on the  phone but also unprofessional when they send emails.  I guess I'm going to have to drive to Brenham and guess what I won't be surprised that no one can help me when I get there.
