Ive called 4 times now to the marble falls location to get my results the first time a lady answered didn't take my name but said she would look in the back for my results and then my call was forwarded to an empty line that hung up on me the second third and fourth time I called I'd hear the last say hello thank you for calling Baylor Scott and white and not even a half second later say hello caller and then hang up on me. I will never use your services again pick a different staff or keep losing patient's I'm very disappointed i heard such great things but your front counter staff needs to learn how to work a phone.

I had an excellent experience in the ED. And the following day, I received two calls today from BSW to check on me. I feel I am in great hands with them! Having a wreck was traumatic but turning to the caregivers at BSW was a comfort. So grateful.

The labor and delivery nurse team don't like you to get out of bed, even during a normal healthy labor. They follow out dated obstetrical practices that aren't rooted in evidence. Even if you have to use a S&W hospital because of your insurance choose a different place to birth!

Super Fast Service! I walked into the clinic, sick with the Flu. I only waited 15 minutes to see the Doctor! The staff was awesome! 100% 5 Stars!

I have NEVER in my life been SOOOOOO dissatisfied with a hospital or a company in my life. About a month ago we had brought my husband in because he had a bug fly into his ear. Not only did we have to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes when they were completely empty, we had to wait another 20 minutes in a room where nurses came in and out wanting to see the bug in my husbands ear as if it were just so new to them and put my husband on showcase like his situation wasn't hard enough on him. Then, when the doctor finally decided to grace us with his presence, he squirted a numbing agent into my husbands ear and then left the room for another 45 minutes looking for a syringe to squirt water into his ear to get the bug out, how disorganized can a hospital be that you cant find a simple syringe? I'll also add that my husband had to hold his head to the side causing extreme discomfort in his neck, but do you think they offered him an extra pillow to lay his head on or hurried the process up at all, no they continued to sit and bull crap out in the nurses station while our room was right in front of the nurses station and not assist in the aid of finding a stupid syringe. The ONLY person who even catered to us in anyway was the discharge nurse who went and got a juice for our 2.5 year old daughter after have been there for almost 2.5 hours for a bug in an ear and got her a small stuffed animal. Then, they wanna charge us almost $850 for waiting around forever when the process should have taken all of maybe an hour at most, come to find out they offer financial assistance to possibly have the bill taken care of because what person in their right mind just has $850 laying around, I submitted my husbands application 2 weeks ago, they sent us yet another bill now stating that our account is delinquent and when i call to get a hold of someone to find out the status of my husbands application I don't get any sort of response from anywhere. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL OR ANY BAYLOR SCOTT AND WHITE FACILITY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! All this company is about is growing their pocket books over the quality care and services provided to the patient!
