Nice place. Breakfast was adequate. Clean and comfortable. We appreciate no pets and no smoking due to allergies. Stormi was great at check-in, polite and personable. The Starlite is a $6 cab ride and worth checking out.

Nice New Hotel/Property.  Nice-sized Rooms, Loved the room space, and layout, and the New, Comfortable Beds.  -However-
We had Trouble, with a long wait line.  I believe this was caused by Ineffecient Front Desk Staff.  Two people up front, behind the desk, one gentleman, one lady.  Lady up front Could have had people form two lines, and she Could have been checking guests in, as well, instead of just leaving that up to the man.  Instead, she hovered in the background, as if she did not want to do Her Job, and check people in. She seemed unmoved, even though she Plainly could see All of the people Standing in Line, Waiting. I Saw (At Least!) One
Man, Disgustedly asking for a Cancellation Confirmation Receipt, upon finding that his room was Not Ready, even though it was Well Past the posted Check-In time.  We Almost followed suit, and did the same! They - belatedly - made up Our room, although, perhaps too quickly - because there were no trash can liners, placed in our two trash cans. 
To me, This All speaks of a Lack of Good Time Use, and Poor Management.  This Can have the Potential to make even a Nice, New Hotel's Business, go Downhill, fast - and Needs to be Dealt with, Quickly, and Effectively.

I went in about a month ago to book their meeting room for an event I am doing. I went in a few weeks later to check out the room one last time before the event only to find out they never wrote me in and they booked the room to someone else! This was an event for the public so you can imagine how stressed I was to find out they messed everything up. I had even gone in and walked around the hotel, checked out the room and talked to the woman working there for several minutes while getting it booked. The room ended up being booked to an employee so I had a feeling my name may have just been erased. Unfortunately I have to leave this hotel a poor review. Very unprofessional.

Great place to stay if you don't want to eat breakfast. Rooms are nice but got up to go eat breakfast at 8 am, limited items to choose from especially since they were out of eggs. Mentioned it to the front desk and they didn't seem to care.

The rooms are nicely furnished though a little crowded. The front desk was helpful and the building was well maintained. The breakfast was well stocked. Thank you for the nice stay.
