Excellent Experience! My wife and I visited the hotel on our way through Oklahoma. I was very impressed with the manager who was very active and hands-on. He went above and beyond and checked on us. We saw him the next morning at breakfast, he asked how our stay was. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I felt very secure as well. I will definitely stay here again.  Great work Choice!

Comfort Inn & Suites in Ardmore, OK is a friendly & Caring place. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Ardmore, OK. In all the years we have been going to Ardmore we have stayed at several places but NOW we stay at Comfort Inn & Suites exclusively!!!!

The best Inn & Suites for the money you will ever find!!!

Long story short. The Day manager (Large lady with blond hair) was very rude to my husband over the phone when he reserved the room. When I arrived with a severe headache to check in was very rude to me as well. She was sure to inform me that the hotel policy was not to have locals stay at the hotel and she was going to make an exception as long as I gave them a $250 deposit on top of having my bank card to pay for the room. I had to leave and find a ATM to make sure they had my cash deposit. When I made it back to the Hotel they put my deposit in the safe and told me they would be checking the room after I let before it was returned to me. Not to mention I had a suite not just a room. I had to leave for a family emergency and did not return to the room after myself and mother in law was only checked in for less than 2 hours. This morning when my husband went back to pick up our deposit the same Day Manager was very rude to my husband and was not going to return the money. No damage or charges was add to the room. She told my husband that she would not give him the money and when he refused to leave she informed him she was going to have him “put in jail” and called the police. As the police arrived my husband was standing waiting on them and told them what had happened the officers was able to make her turn over our deposit. 
My husband had only sent me to the Hotel to use the suite with a hot tub in the room to help with my headache that stents from a back and neck injuries that the cold air cripples me and our hot tub at home had stopped working. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that our city has brought in a number of business into this community only to be treated as criminals. I do hope the Manager has a demotion on its way, it’s obvious she has no business having the title.

Convenient accommodations. Staff was nice and helpful. Beds were not very comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time we get the same 5 star service. CLEAN, DECENT BREAKFEST, AND QUIET.
