This place sucks. The room was nice. But after we checked out, after 5 days of paying 80.00 each night. They charged us another 830.00, and we we had already left. That is a bunch of bull. Will never stay again.

I used this hotel because my friends and I wanted to check out the state parks in the area and didn't want to go camping. It's not too far from turner falls, about 20 min. The staff were very friendly and were willing to help. The pool was kept clean and is a decent size but, I wish they had a hot tub and not a kid pool. The AC units were my biggest complaint. They didn't exactly output what they were set to and we're pretty weak. More uniformity wouldn't been nice. Some rooms were bigger than the others for same price. Also if they fixed the walkways (cracks) and the stairs with varying heights that would make the place look better and we'll maintained. But reasonable price, clean bed, working shower, and close enough to the state parks.

This place has new owners and is much better now..update--> I stayed again New Years Eve 2017 and noticed more improvements made to property...new owners are striving to make the place better I will return soon

Traveler beware!!  Giving them one star is being very generous.  Dirty, old, rundown and a staff that could care less what your needs might be, they don't have what you need no matter what it is.  You're on your own!

Best Value...this hotel was warm and friendly.  The room was clean and the A.C. turned on in the room.  The pool was a nice treat on a 33C day!  They have a small kiddie pool and a play area for young children.  It is an older hotel but for the price you can't beat it's value.  We also received two breakfast coupons for Denny's which we made use of.
