The pool seemed to have high chemical levels and the beds could have been a little more comfortable. But the staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was very good. The rooms were of average size, very clean,up to date and modern. The shower had amazing water pressure which is very rare in any hotel let alone a lower priced "budget" hotel. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Grand Forks again.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, our room was nice and clean. Only one elevator, that was kind of slow, so there was some waiting involved. Breakfast area was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a good continental breakfast and the staff in the kitchen area were courteous and helpful.

I’ve been here since Early January, and this place has gone down hill fast since the original manager- Scott has left. New manager is nowhere to be found when there is a problem. Maid service is poor, breakfast is never ready until after 7AM (unless you’re here on the weekends, then you have nothing to worry about). Good luck if you have loud neighbors, or kids running up and down the hall at 12AM, you’ll have to take care of that yourself. I’ve also lost count of how many times my card has been overcharged, most of the front desk staff (night shift) is under trained and can careless about you. Can’t wait to get out of here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, a fantastic shower. Would only rate four stars due to it being a smaller room and the tv volume didn't go low enough to have on while our baby was asleep.

Ok so we stayed here and well, the hotel is older, could use some upgrades, carpets are looking rough in room. But for the price really is expected. What we could not figure out was the weird smell in the room, had smell similar to urine. Finally found it was the bed sheets that smelled bad, like if you leave cloths in the washing machine to long, not pleasant at all. Went to the linen room myself and it smelled the same too. Because of this would give hotel 1.5 stars but the staff there were so awesome. Really would suggest other hotel chains hire these people for a good hotel, really top notch.
