I attended a wedding reception here. The food was tasty, and the tables were well-stocked with water, at first. As the meal went on the water at our table was not refilled. The women's bathroom had hairpins, mints, floss, hair spray, and other amenities. I did see a staff member restocking it during the night as well. Overall the experience was positive.

The Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel with great staff and a rich history. It is a great place for pilots and everyone else. Connected to the University by a Skywalk and easy access to the rest of the town.

Large and clean rooms, very attentive staff and good breakfasts! The room was quiet and the staff were very helpful in booking taxis for early morning flights. Only thing that could be a knock was this hotel doesn't have a shuttle to the airport, which isn't very surprising giving the very low traffic into the airport but it is something that is nice to have or at least nice to know about.

We were just disappointed! we were at a wedding tell after 3:45. Had a room reserved, got here to the Hilton Garden Inn after 4:30 only to find we couldn't check in. It was well after 5:00pm before we got to check in. (NOT COOL). What happened the night before NOT OUR PROBLEM!!! But became ours. Were not habitual complainers but REALLY!

Location was great, in town for a marathon and it was easy getting to and from. We got in late and left early but everything was smooth. Room was clean, no complaints.
