We checked in and asked for a room in the front. I was told nothing was available on the front. I took the Keys to a room in the back and on opening the door it was immediately apparent it was a smoking room. I went back to the office to request a non-smoking room. There was another clerk on duty and she gave us a non-smoking room on the front. The WiFi didn't work till the third day. The cable TV didn't work the second day. The ice maker never worked. Getting to the included breakfast until 9am we discovered they were out of biscuits and muffins and the gravy and waffle mix were very watery. And by the way, the water pressure was very weak. We will not return.

We just needed a break from driving and a place to crash, so it was ok. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It is close to a Walmart which was convenient.

The check in was smooth and lady was very nice. I get to the room and it’s clean. I’m about to iron and no iron. I call to the front desk and they don’t have one and the manager is gone and I have to wait until the next day so they can check in another closet. Well I had an event the next morning and needed to iron. There are vacancies at the location so I ask if I could use the iron from a vacant room and bring it back once I was done using it. I was told “no we can’t do that !” Like if no one is in the room why can’t they just accommodate me for 20 minutes. So, I had to leave my room and go to the local Walmart to purchase one. OAN: these are old pictures on the website, because the rooms do not look like this. They’re clean but clearly not the ones used on the website
