Clean spacious rooms. Friendly service. Breakfast is the typical cold continental bagels, danishes, and cereal. This was the second time we've stayed here and will again.

To Whom it my concern, I am retired USAF SMSgt with 28 years of service to my country. I still serve my country as a Safety Inspector, ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. My home since Jan 28, 2017 has been the Econo Lodge on Veterans Memorial Hwy. Kosciusko Mississippi. I am staying here until the end of August on assignment. The reason I'm reaching out to you is that my Safety has been at risk ever since I moved into this hotel, as I have been invaded by spiders. I have bought it to the attention of the owners on a weekly basis and they continue to tell me they sprayed and there coming in from outside, I have been telling them I believe there are nest in the room. Today my wife came to visit and no sooner did she sit down we encountered a brown recluse. I brought it to the attention of hotel staff and went onto work. My wife decided while I was gone to Investigate where these spiders may be coming from. Attached is a picture of the infestation of spider eggs under just one night stand. The other night stand was worse, and the recliner was worse yet, and when staff pulled back the bed it was a breeding ground underneath it. Ok so finally the staff decided to clean it up and spray! What has really disturbed me was the the disrespect the owner gave me when I got home to talk to him about it, he told me that there was nothing he could do about it and that if I didn't like it I could go move down the street at the Days Inn!

As an Elite time remember I can honestly say I've never seen any kind of large like this one. This is the best one I've ever seen.
