Very nice room.  Bed was nice, big, and comfortable.  However the bathroom could be a bit larger and remodeled. Also water in shower was lukewarm.

Convenient at door parking. Clean and modern rooms.   Very friendly and helpful staff.  Small breakfast area.   Pleasantly surprised by the quality and value at this location as compared to some of the other Quality Inns I have stayed at.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was not so good, but they have really fixed the place up and made it much nicer. Rooms are clean and up to date. The parking lot is well lit at at night. I will stay here in the future. Convenient to the university as well.

We put worker's at this hotel for several weeks booking through Expedia. One worker needed to leave a day early to attend a project meeting in AL. They have refused to refund one night despite the money that had been spent and more importantly, the money that would have been spent as we will be on the project in Oxford for several more months. Michelle had a snotty tone and stated it was their policy. We will not be spending any more money here. Decent customer service where we would have spent thousands is our policy!
