Paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub.  I couldn't use it, or any of the water really, because when I filled the tub the water was dark brown.  When I drained it a brown residue layered the tub.  When I informed management, nothing was to done but an apology

My fiance and I stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites for two nights and our front desk host Jared was exceptional.  He helped us with our luggage and was very friendly and kind.  I asked him directions to a couple attractions we were going to see and he told us EXACTLY where to go.  Locals are awesome!  Very nice staff you have!  10/10 5/5 would recommend.  Definitely using this hotel again in the future.  Thanks Jared!.

Clean, I felt safe there.  The breakfast bar was fair.  Nastiest coffee I ever tried to drink.

The night desk attendent was sleeping and very hard to wake up. The hotel was very nice tho.

Osage Beach is nice. I like the area. 
But!, this hotel sucks. This whole place is very low brow. The room has a total 1970s look to it.   which would be ok if that was The look they were actually going for. The building is kinda run down.  When I first got into the room there were spider webs on the wall lamps.  There is a spot on the ceiling that looks gross.  I have found the cleaning people are not the best at their jobs.. My room has not been attended to in 2 days. The cleaning staff  was also here past 1:30 am cleaning rooms. Never seen a hotel in this much disarray.  there is No microwave in the room so i can't go to the store and heat stuff up for dinner when i return. The Very Best part is the toilet likes to clog so maintenance came up and left me the plunger. This place is a dive.i do not recommend this place at all.
