Do not book at this hotel! Save yourself the trouble. The bathroom had used towels hung up, the tub had dirt rings and hair, and the smells of mold. I called the manager after the front desk lady stated to talk to her and Kelly argued for 20 minutes saying the room was clean. The bath tub had been refinished (it was not) and the towels were "worker towels" and the room smell were minor issues. After speaking with her for 15 minutes about the room concerns, she agreed to a $10 refund (after approval from the owner😒) on a $60+ room. Terrible business and terrible customer service.

What we booked online and paid for is not what we got when we got there. We got a bait and switch. After complaining to the manager and shown her eye paperwork they did tell us that our next day would be only $50 also the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The good thing about it is it was close to everything restaurants bars movie theaters and Retail shopping.

The building looked great, but our room was in need of an update. The air conditioner made such a loud noise that we had to shut it off and the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. But, on a positive note, the room was very clean.

We evacuated from florida do to the hurracan Irma, Great location close to so many places, fridge didn't work and we moved to another room, the fridge didn't work either in the 2nd room and I got a little cranky cause I was exhausted, drove 16 hours and I needed to rest and a working fridge to put my kids milk that I had to throw away. But they changed it the next day. Stayed 4 nights, Clean room, friendly staff, a good place to walk your pets. I would stay again

The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and they make sure you have everything you need.
