I should have known from the elevator ride that this was a refund needed stay. The elevator was rocky the floorboard was uneven and it made noise that was apparent. I was not in my room for 5 minutes and the maid walked in on me. Although she apologized it was very intrusive. No knock no nothing. The room looked really outdated even with the 2 televisions. I went to the restroom and the toilet had floating trash in it (well I hope it was trash). Then I noticed that the rim of the sink was absolutely disgusting. It was black grim stuff all at the top of the rim. You can see it while you use the restroom. And being a visual person I was just over the top disgusted. I get through the night and the bed was too uncomfortable but I take a shower and the corrected tile tap slid up while taking a shower. While I counted down my time in that room I was walked in again on by the same maid and this was after she had already knocked and asked me was I still there. For $116 I was livid at this Marriott. I have stayed at Marriott before but it has never been this low class. I usually stay at my favorite hotel Country Inn Suites and I tell you I will never except nothing but that hotel again. The only thing that would make this trip better is if I got a refund. Between the treatment and the nastiness of the room, I was just over it. I completed the card and I never do that. I was in room 318. But the good thing about America is other choices. Marriott please do better especially for the next patrons that don't know any better.

The hot water is barley above body temperature, so be prepared to take the coldest shower of your life. This property looks fairly new, but the staff isn't taking good care of it and it's aging prematurely. Upon check in I discovered black mold in the shower and hair. As others have stated the rooms are musty and poorly cleaned. When I stayed here they were cleaning the carpets. We had to walk around on wet carpet for the duration of our stay.

I checked in through the Marriott App the day before arrival. My room key was waiting for me at the check-in desk. When I entered the room, it smelled of mold. It then dawned on me that housekeeping had not taken care of the room. The bed was a mess and there were wet towels on the bathroom floor. A call to the front desk got me the last room available. That room also smelled moldy and musty. There was actually mold on the shower curtain. The only reason I gave this a two star rating instead of one was due to the fact that the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and even got me a bucket of ice. Find a different hotel.

After a long drive, walked in spent the night. Very polite staff, and th e room was very clean, towels were so soft. Would definitely recommend. So family friendly.

Safe and convenient right off the highway. I have stayed here twice. Not that I wanted to though... Elevator is old and very creaky. Contiental breakfast was cold but it's food, right? This is probably the second best hotel off the exit. Rooms are clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. If youre in the area for any reason I would reccomend that you stay here. Close to food and drink and anything else you may be in the area for.
