Julio was fantastic to deal with. We started the process with Brian and I can't say the same thing. Overall the experience wasn't bad. It was my first time buying a car and I don't have many complaints AFTER Brian passed us off. I wouldn't work with him again.

Came to Bayside with my sister to get a car after hers stopped working unexpectedly. My sister didn't have a lot of money and wasn't expecting to be able to afford anything decent. Martin from the sales team walked her through the lot and after listening to what she wanted he was able to find the perfect car for her. Tom and Martin worked together to get her the best financing they could and she was able to leave there with something she never thought she would be able to own. Thank you Bayside for turning this stressful time into something positive. Will definitely be back.

Came to Bayside Auto Sales about a year ago for a car for my daughter, the sales team was very helpful in finding the right fit for her. I had such a great experience that when the time came for my other daughter to get a new car I suggested Bayside. Martin was very helpful and listened to what she wanted and what suited her needs. We left that day with the perfect car for her. Martin even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. Thanks Bayside for making this process a wonderful experience for my daughter and myself.

What a busy full service car lot.  Found a great car from their huge lot.  There were all kinds of people there buying cars, and now I know why, we were financed with bad credit history.  Never thought that could be done. The finance manager was great, and helped us understand the process.  Love it!  I will definitely come back here to buy my next car. It was fun!

Wish I could give them a 0. Lured me in with a car that was nice for the price, drove nearly 2 hours to get there only to learn that the car's got a blown motor and is not for sale, but they'd be more than happy to talk to me about financing a car that's 3x the price as the one that I was interested in. Classic bait and switch. The entire experience was awful, the whole time they kept trying to ask me how much money I wanted to spend and pressure me into financing something. Told me I am not going to find the car I want at the price I want to pay so I might as well look into spending more through financing. (I am looking at half a dozen more in the same price range with less miles on them...) There are good used car dealers and bad used car dealers, I'd say Bayside is definitely the latter.
