Super smooth, not a hassle and incredibly friendly people! Would buy from them again!

UPDATE:  
The actual transaction/sale of the car went smooth and quickly and indeed, everyone was friendly...at the time of sale. 

However, that's where the friendly, buddy-buddy customer service ended. 
I called the dealership with a question about my contract and was treated as if I was causing an outlandish amount of trouble for them. I was asked why I didn't look at my own copy of the contract (I don't normally carry my financial contracts in my wallet). I attempted to contact two of the employees who had helped me when I purchased the car (I was curious about the anti-freeze odor when I turned the heat on), who had told me if I ever had any problems or questions to just call... but to my surprise, neither one of them worked there any longer. 

Within two weeks of driving the car off the lot, the radiator cracked and needed to be replaced. Had my head been more about me when first checking the car out, I would have noticed the abundance of air freshener stickies in the vents - possibly to cover up the smell of antifreeze? I thought maybe the heater core had gone bad due to the antifreeze odor (luckily, it was just the radiator). Or maybe it was the slight mildew/mold smell? My best guess is that the car had been in a flood and while the interior appeared to be clean, there are water marks/stains that did not come out when it was detailed.  

Curt mentioned several times that if there were any problems with the car, to just give him a call. That he is the guy that gets a discount at Discount Tires; he's got the best, least expensive mechanics, all of that. He suggested after making payments for 6 months to come back and trade the car in, so I could get a better one for the same payment amount. 
I've considered it, but I am hesitant to do business with this company again - Customer service is great if you're in there trying to spend money, but the after-care service is lacking.

I understand, I don't have the best credit, nor did I have thousands of dollars to use for a down payment. Curt and his sales team did what they needed to get the loan and the car for me and I do appreciate that, as I thought financing a car was something that was completely out of reach, but that's where it ended. It seems like once you're out the door/off the lot, that's it. 

They do have a great selection of cars, will work to get you financed, but after that, you're on your own.

It was such a pleasure to have Ken help me pick out my next car! He was very friendly and polite from the get-go and answered all my questions, reassured me that certain things would be taken care of, took me on a test drive and sorted everything out to fulfill my needs as the customer! He even helped me find my new car insurance company. I would definitely recommend CB Credit King as they were great to work with and got everything worked out in a timely fashion. Thank you, Ken!

Great experience! Talked personally with the owner and dealt directly with the GM. Both had amazing customer service and were very patient! Didn’t think we would ever get approved with our unfortunate credit history from our college years but we walked in and drove out the same day! 5 stars for sure!!

Great experience! Never had credit but these guys still got me the jeep I wanted.  Payments 200 less than I expected. Thanks Ken and everyone there.

Great dealership. The owner and the finance dealer worked with me to get the best deal. Will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle.
