The bakery is amazing. Ordered a cake for a huge party. Dealt with Sabina. She was very nice and professional. The cake itself was absolutely amazing. So delicious. I sent her a picture of what I would like it to look like and she absolutely nailed in! It was such a hit at the party there wasn’t any left at the end of the night! Would definitely recommend and plan on ordering again in the future.

The staff are very friendly and are very polite and patient with my ten words of crummy Russian. At the deli you can see everything and taste most of the items, so it is easy to figure out what you want with no surprises. Winter cherries are a real find. Trader Joe’s does not carry those. The fresh loaves of bread without any additives or preservatives are another find. They will slice them for you on the spot. But their  shelf life is short because they do not have all of those added chemicals. They also have an all day lunch special at the deli with generous portions.

One of the best Russian stores around. Friendly staff and good selection. Much friendlier than Baza in Newton.

This is one of the better Russian markets in the Boston area, great selection, somewhat confusing layout. Definitely worth the visit!

Great selection of products from Eastern Europe. Buy factory packed products, but do not trust anything made in the store. Cake that they sold me was so wet that it collapsed under its own weight at home. Prices of some items went up by 40% in two years, so I wonder if it is the minimum wage hike responsible for that?. Entire staff are Russian speakers, some do not speak English, so I wonder how many live and work here illegally? Calls for immigration raid.
