I gave this bank a chance through a promotion they were offering, I thought oh maybe for once it isn't too good to be true. They said if I signed up direCT deposit with them they would give me $200 sounds easy right? WRONG all they've done is take money from me and horrible customer service, especially from this location. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone unless you like to be pennied and dimed. They wI'll charge you to close your account even if you didn't get the promotion. I have to wait 180 days to close an account with a bank that has done nothing but take from me (: sorry for the book. Summary: poor bank, wouldn't recommend.

This place sux!!! I am from out of town and decided to use their Atm.. it completely took my card and then rebooted itself. Never seen my card again. I then went inside. There was one very nice gentleman that did help at first. But the grey headed he/she got a attitude with me. Horrible woman/man. No compassion. They would not help me at atm nor give me any info on the atm company. I do not recommend this bank. I made a police report and had a police come out. They even advised me that they have been having issues with the atm but still allows people to use it. They also advised me the atm guy comes out once a week and they can only call him out in case of an emergency. Well ...it was an emergency. I inserted my card into a machine and it stole my card leaving me with zero money. Be careful of this place and the PMS man inside. Discusting...
