This is an older, but very nice building.  But the building doesn't make the business, the employees do.  Each person that works at the Gulfway Branch Bank is personable, sincere and show eagerness to be helpful.

I can never get an answer to my questions. I always get transferred to someone else who transfers me again or I get sent to an automated line that asks me for the information that I am trying to find out. I switched to wells Fargo thinking they actually cared about their customers but apparently this is not the case.

Situation: no customers, 3 personal bankers. 20 minutes in and I'm still waiting. 

Lots of small talk among colleagues and walking around.

The coolest thing about this place is it actually makes you feel special, because you're invincible here.
