Very unorganized.  Rules of operation vary from branch to branch.  To keep a long story short, I maintained a positive balance in both my checking and savings account. Yet, a $50 charge for a safety deposit box was somehow not deducted from my accounts and instead was escalated all the way to collections, eventually resulting in a negative remark on my credit score!  A simple phone call from any Frost representative would have been very convenient.  Nonetheless, multiple attempts were made by myself to clear this matter before it was escalated, both by visiting the branches and via corporate phone calls.  They "could not" take my money and clear the charge off my account as a result of layers of bureacratic protocols.  Very disappointed.

I have been a customer of Frost Bank for several years.   I use several different locations, and it seems like they actually still teach the idea of service to their employees.  (That was the reason I left my previous bank.).  Like other banks, they are not currently paying enough interest for their products to be really inviting,  but they do what they say they will and have taught their employees to listen if you do have a complaint and they generally know who to send you to if they can't help.
