i have an account at this local branch the customer service sucks i have to call headquarters to get simple things done and they tell me this local branch should have bee competent enough to handle this .To see bank accounting personnel using windows 2000 pro is concerning , as i know how unsecured it is , but a bank using windows 2000 on the INTERNET and checking personal email with it is much much more concerning .
