Had a great experience renting our storage unit. Mr. Haley fixed us up and was more than helpful guiding us through the process. Also being new to the area, Mr Haley gave us invaluable help in locating all the essential needs we had. This business is well run!

Through out many years I have rented many units of every size. I have needed units for myself, chuldren, sisters, and even a friend from Texas to use when her parents passed away. There have even been a couple of times when I needed a unit in a hurry. Jeff at BC Westside Storage has always been there to get me set up, no matter what the time. The units have always been clean and ready. Jeff has gone out of his way to be nice and helpful. One day after unloading my truck, it would not start. Jeff got his truck and jumper cables and started my truck for me. I live across the street from the units and know that Jeff is there taking care of the business. Out of the many units I have rented over the years, I have never had any problem or worries about any of my possessions while they are at BC Storage.

The bc storage near the old drive in... Kelley Haley was rude to both my husband and my self ... We went up there to get a storage pay for it do the paper work and contract on that day, but she told us that she was in a rush and gave us a lock to the storage we did no paper work or anything.. A few days later I told her we didn't need the storage and asked her since we didn't sign and or do any paper work did we still have to pay we only had the storage maybe a week she immediately got rude and starting talking down to us like we were not customers or even adults at that matter and so I asked her how much we owed she said nothing... A few more weeks went by we get a letter saying we owed money so we call and once again she was rude to us called us liars we offer to pay she said no told us she didn't wanna deal with people like us and told us she would never rent a storage to us... Bottom line if you want to be treated with no respect and talk to like your nothing then this is the place for you
