I can't believe how expensive you people are!! How is 1.95 per load a reasonable cost for laundry for people that live in apartments? So basically 4 dollars to wash and dry ONE load of laundry. Go to hell.

Great services techs.......but thats as far as it goes. The equipment they sell break down for the same reason and your charged for that. The service call are insane expensive, hidden charges for fright one warranty parts. I think, since they are the only real company in the twin cities doing laundry services, they can skrew everyone over. Sooner or later there crap business model is going to fail them.

The equipment that BDS provides is a bunch of garbage. My building recently switched to BDS machines and I haven't been more unhappy with a laundry room in my entire life. The machines won't take either of my cards. I went to my bank and requested a brand new credit card and debit card and they still won't read it. I have followed the instructions EXACTLY how they are posted on the wall and still can't get them to take my money. To top it all off my wash price went from 1.25 to 1.90 and the drying price went from 1.25 to 1.60. It's pretty sad that I have to go to the laundry mat to do my laundry because their machines won't work. Very unsatisfied with their junk.
