Don't live here if you want peace, quiet or sleep. Floor boards above me are loose and all I hear are the neighbors upstairs walking around and creaking. The bathroom pipes behind the drywall are rubbing along another object and all throughout the day (and night, especially the night) there are loud clicking noises that can be heard throughout the entire apartment from the pipes expanding and contracting. I requested maintenance to take a look and even sent them a video of it and the area the sound is coming from yet they left a note saying they spent 30 minutes in the apartment, heard nothing but that they adjusted the water pressure to my sink (decreased the water pressure, didn't solve the problem and now my water pressure is lower). Also don't expect maintenance to give you a 24 hour notice before entering your apartment for PM. You'll just get a note in your doorway letting you know someone was in there. Thanks for the heads up. I can't open my windows because the screens are broken and there are dead bugs between the screen and glass. Also can't leave them open because the landscapers blow the dirty right in. I work in old town off king street, just 4 miles away but traffic is so bad in this area that I often spend 30 minutes just sitting in traffic. Not to mention the prices here are absurd. You're better off renting one of those nice condos in old town for the same price. Also if you're new to the area, there's a fire station a half mile up the road and they are constantly coming up and down the road with their sirens blaring. Doesn't matter what unit you're in. You will hear them.

I go to the Lowe's here quite often and they are stocked very well. The family like Panera occasionally and we also go to the Starbucks there. Good service at both places.

Not bad at all. A couple of eating spots and if you want to go grocery shopping there's a giant. The best time for me in this Shopping Center is after 7 don't go during rush hour is crazy.

Strip mall with free parking and several dining and shopping options. Easy to see from the highway.
