My sister who is raising her granddaughters on a retirement check went there to buy them fleece jackets and had them embroider the school and their names on them, it took over two weeks to come and they had the wrong name on the wrong size. She called the store and was told they needed to see them, so she drove all the way there to be told they would not be ready until after the new year. He said the embroidery place would be closed from Christmas until then. She said that it was ten days till Christmas, his reply, I went there today already and I won't go again until the new year. She said she would go herself, he said they won't know you, she said can't you call them and tell them I'm coming? He said no! He offered no help, he was rude! The girls can only wear black jackets with the school logo. It's been cold and this man treats a senior citizen in this manner, no apologies, no offer of making it right, no discount for her time and effort. The gas money! Something! Would not recommend this place to any one!

I stop going for idea uniforms here. I had two issues with customer service and an incident where I was in line and a customer repeatly cut the line to place clothes he wanted to purchase on the booth where you pay. It was so rude for myself and others there. The chasier was the owner and he said nothing. I found another store closer to my home for my sons uniforms.

Great customer service. Third year purchasing idea uniforms. No problems, easy returns, hassle free, relaxed atmosphere. One stop shopping shoes, clothes wow. Love it. Will continue to buy here.

Extremely great clothes and accessories. Can find school uniforms and much more plenty of parking . Have disability parking.

Great store with great one on one customer service. Carry everything for back to school, plus fashion forward merchandise for men and women. Check it out!!!
