I went to get me some high hills for a special occasion and I told the young lady to check if it was the same shoe and she said yes that she already had check so when I got home the shoe was not the same pair so took them back and they told me the computers were out so told me to call back so I called back and said it was going to take awaile for the system to work I did get money back once I walked out the store the lady's never said thank you and we're looking at me rude don't recommend this Melrose to no one! Not happy at all...

Th inkt reason I rated as a one is because there isn't a lower option.to choose from. First no one greeted us, in the store about 20 minuets was never even acknowledged. Second, and much bigger issue is a major training issue. Apparently the cashier was never trained how to work the register. Couldn't tell my sister how to use credit instead of debt, timed her register out, tried to RN card three times, still couldn't get sale to go through, manager wouldn't go over to take care of issue, which cost your store to lose money. I'm really happy to see a business doing so well that they can a ford to lose money and future business. As for my family ad I we will no longer grace this particular Melrose on Goliad Rd. We are happy to spend our money elsewhere.

Ok y'all didn't greet me, but y'all greeted everyone else?! Well I took my money (I had a lot on me) elsewhere! AND I called the company to let them know their rude employees costed the company to lose money.
