The most welcoming and helpful bike shop in the city. One of the guys (Nathan) took time to answer my questions and helped to clarify my understanding of mountain bike tech while the other guy worked on my bike. After my bike was tuned up the other guy (Peter) came out to talk with me about the work he did and my bike. Both Nathan and Peter were incredibly friendly and they made me feel at home in the shop. I encourage other bikers - roads and mountain folk alike - to check out this shop.

Bear Dog Bike shop is a great store for both the seasoned rider or the new bicycle enthusiast in you!  Nate & Peter who own the shop are super helpful! It felt like they would do anything within their power to produce a quality customer experience for me! I enjoy their enthusiasm, honesty and down to earth demeanor! I encourage you to go check these guys out! Don't be shy if you bring in a broken old dusty bike! They would happily work some magic on it to bring it back to life!

Absolutely astonishing experience. Nathan and Peter are two of the most friendly, pleasant, and helpful guys I've ever known, and I'm lucky that I get to stop in there whenever I want (even if it's just to pet Marley). They are experts in all things bicycles, safety, and most importantly people.

Wonderful! Really try to find you the best bike that you are looking for. Best place to go for an all around excellent experience. The dog is cute too.
