First off, I love the pizza that Bearnos has! However, there is much to be desired at this establishment. I tried calling the company, but couldn’t get through. Luckily, I live close enough I drove on over. Upon entering, I was told that there was a long wait and that they had many issues with the phone system not going through. I ordered anyway. After sitting down at bar, I found the owner of this establishment was sitting at the bar drinking beer and talking down to his employees, not cool man.

I saw quite a few people walk in the door and then head back out before ordering and the owner just sat there and enjoyed his beer and his “company”.

I help businesses create the ultimate experience for their customers and this experience was one that I will not pursue, anymore.

Wow.  What a difference new ownership and relocation makes!  I wrote a previous review, pointing out Bearnos hard to see (at night) signage and poor topping amounts.  Well, they moved.  And you can see by the photos, the toppings are anything but skimpy! And if you can't find them at their new location closer to J-town square, you are driving with your eyes closed. 
I would put Bearnos quality and taste up against any other pizza joint in Louisville.  Honestly.  The service and the decor at the new place is superb.  Even the bathrooms are spotless (Yes, I included a photo for the germ-conscious).  Will be my new go-to place for ballgames!

Lunch pizza buffet is a great deal for $7.99 (including drink). Great service. This location used to be Loui Loui's and Ferd Grisanti's.

I always enjoy the food at Bearno's.  My dad lives in J-Town, so I always try to grab a bite at Bearno's across from Bowman Field whenever I am in town.  Only headache is the parking lot is a bit small, and it can be difficult to find a spot on the weekends when they get busy, so you kind of have to be patient.  I haven't been brave enough to park in one of the lots next to the restaurant, after having my car towed eating at a restaurant in Lexington a few years back.   I wish they still had a location in Lexington, don't know why it closed.  I always order a sausage or pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of Bud whenever I eat at Bearno's.  If you are an aviation buff like me, you can watch the planes take off and land at Bowman Field across the road form the restaurant.
