There were ten of us, including two children. We were seated quickly and drinks were brought in a decent amount of time. But then we sat for 30 minutes before we finally asked the manager if we could order dinner. Then they still forgot one dinner so we had to hunt someone down for that. The food was good when we finally got it but I doubt we will return. The waitress never apologized which would have been appropriate. I've waited tables and I know it's hard but she waited on the table of two next to us and the table of eight who came in after us had their dinners eaten before we got ours ordered. Maybe it was just a bad night but I won't return.

Not sure what happened, but everything was way underseasoned. Pretty sure the beef had 0 seasoning. Other than that, service was excellent.

Large portions, pretty delicious, but as you'd expect of a "Mexican food" chain, it's neither authentic Mexican cuisine, nor fancy/high quality. In some ways it's better than fast food like Taco Bell, but only by a thin margin, the kind of margin you find when you order a plain burger at a sit-down restaurant instead of at the McDonald's drive-thru. That being said, the staff was kind and the wait wasn't too long.

Food is okay, definitely not authentic mexican cuisine. The tamales are not very good and seriously lack flavor as do most of their dishes that I've tried. I would gladly not return but my in laws like this place.
