Visited there this evening for a severe cyst in my neck that was badly infected and painful. The doctor was extremely kind and did everything he could to keep me comfortable and keep the infection from returning. The office staff was quite friendly and helpful as well. I think I only waited a total of 15 minutes to be seen and was out of the office in no more than an hour. Thanks everybody there who helped me. Your efforts and kindness to me are very appreciated.

Dr. Climie and Dr. McLaughlin are amazing. The office manager should become a body builder to try and lift the chip off her shoulder (Julie Thompson). I hope she quits and gets diarrhea. I have been overcharged on my flexible spending account and that was and is a nightmare to straighten out still. The wait times are horrendous. I think they run on "bp time." I suggest scheduling an appointment every 2 months because it is impossible to get in when you need to. If you go to the urgent care they give you the snotty response of "have you tried to make an appointment with your pcp today?" For the past year all you get is excuses for the poor service that "we are transitioning." Caitlyn Jenner is "transitioning" better than these folks. I have had appointments that I have made vanish from their records. If it wasn't for Dr. Climie and Dr. McLauglin this place should be turned into a 3rd world veterinarian clinic. They do claim to have "same day appointments", but one of the receptionists makes you feel like you are trying to steal free medical care for taking the "same day appointment." The office staff and management should really find new careers where they can't bother anyone. This place makes back alley surgery look like Shangri la.

Beaumont Southgate Office I had a doctor appointment today Friday May 12 at 11:45 am. The doctor changed one of my prescriptions. My pharmacy called me and said other medicines were not filled. So I called the office. Customer service by receptionist was awful when calling in. Website reads open until 5:00 pm M-F. I called at 3:50 pm on Friday and receptionist sent me to the appointments automated service message that said office closed for appointments. I then went to myChart and the system read that my doctor was not set up in the system. I'm am very annoyed with this office right now.

I had a great Dr in the Urgent Care Clinic. Hadnt been to Dr in a couple years. She referred me to a Dr. Meredith McLaughlin in this office. Im chronically ill and she spends as much time as I need. I absolutely love her! She is wonderful!

Their after hours clinic is a joke. Expect to wait at least an hour to be helped by a doctor that knows NOTHING. He literally googled if the antibiotics he was prescribing me were safe to take RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.
