Terrible from start to finish. The treatment was painful--my first time crying at a dentists office. I'm perpetually given misinformation, and today was the worst of the atrocities. I come in for a 1 o'clock appointment and am placed in the treatment chair. At 1:49 I am told that the doctor is backed up and can't take me until 5:30. I can't wait to never return.

Simply put, the best dental care team in Long Beach. Consistently exceeding my care needs  by going above and beyond. I've had "mayor" dental work procedures done recently and I feel like there's divine intervention involved. This is where your dental fears will find peace and serenity.

I really enjoyed my visit to dentist because they're all really nice and polite but I can't give 5 stars just yet until I see how my treatment goes

Worst dental office ever! They lied to me many times. Told me my insurance didnt cover the laser treatment and after they performed it i asked to see the proof my insurance denied to pay they didn't have it. I called my insurance and it turns out they never even sent it to them!! Since then i got refunded half the $. Everytime i went they would make me pay "what my insurance didnt cover" i got suspicious and went over each charge with my insurance it turns out that they were charging me above the contracted rate and since then i received a refund of the excess they charged me. I started to ask for authorization beforehand for everything and it would take forever to get a response because they kept sending it to the wrong place!! It was a NIGHTMARE going there! Also they claimed my son had 14 cavities in a span of 6mo and told me it was due to his growth spurt? Since then i went to a specialist who says he now has TMJ and that the filling were just thrown in carelessly. I went to another dentist i trust who reconfirmed what the specialist told me regarding their horrible work, now my son requires 7 crowns and hes under 18!! Stay away from this place im currently seeking justice and im extremely upset this office should be shut down in my opinion, dont let the pretty office fool you their theives and have horrible work ethic. I'm upset and my poor son is distraught. Save yourself the heartache of going through what we did.

I've been going to Beautiful Smiles since about june 2016 and so far it has been the best dental office I have ever visited... they never make you wait long after your appointment time as mose offices make you do. The doctor's are great,  they explain every single step and procedure they will be doing for every single visit, once again great office.... btw did I mention the staff is awesome?!!?
