Been here a few times before for waxing, and pedicures and they were both fantastic! Tonight I went in to have my full set soaked off, and then a overlay and polish on my nails. I left with no nails! The lady spoke to me when I came in and I explained what I wanted, and she translated to the man. He began filing my nails down then soaking them and filing again so I assumed he was on the right path. Then he broke out the polish and I was like no, I  want an overlay so he called her from the back and she took me over to her chair and started filing my nails again. I couldn’t tell if they were arguing with each other, but It was loud and made me feel uncomfortable. I apologized to her for him not understanding what I was asking for and she apologized to me for the misunderstanding. She preceded to do what ever she was doing and then cut off all my nails, I didn’t receive the overlay and I finally declined the polish because I was so frustrated that neither one of them took the time to really understand my needs or wants. So as it turns out,  I now have no nails and will require a brand new set and another 2-3 months to get my real nails back to that length so I can get the overlay that I asked for tonight. Very disappointed with my service and will not go back.

I would not recommend this nail shop. I originally went in for a mani/pedi. The people were rude and asked multiple times if I had an appointment. I asked if one was needed & they said no, but seemed as though they were annoyed that I was there without one. Poor customer service. I left after getting my toenails painted, did not stay for manicure. There are several other places nearby that I will try in the future.

I went to this nail salon and they were so gracious and kind. I picked out a polish and I did not like the way it looked on me. They let me pick out another polish and made sure I was satisfied with my manicure.My nails look amazing and I left feeling great.I got so many complements on them. I suggest to go to this salon you will be happy you did.

Was a awesome place to stop in and get your nails and toes done. Very friendly and clean!
