I'm giving this nail salon a one star for one reason only: their pedicures are amazing! The girls treat you nicely and its 20$ for a lot of service, they exfoliate your calves and really give you a lot for the price. 

But only go here for pedicures. As for gel manicures and acrylic nails, go someplace else. Here's my experience: 

I always go here for pedicures so for my wedding I decided to do my nails as well. I went in with an appointment at 1:30 and left at 4pm.

I showed the guy what I wanted even before he started working on my nails he said ok. Then went on to do my acrylic set. He put on the Nail with the glue and I noticed it was lifting up so I let him know, he ignored me so I told him again, he went ahead and filed it down the best he could (which hurt a lot btw) and then glued another one on top. Made my nail look so bulky but he said it will get fixed when he applies the acrylic powder (I should've taken a hint there that this was going to be bad) Now it's time to paint my nails... He asks so what color and I tell him I want the design I showed you earlier and showed it to him again, he goes ahead and shows the lady next to him and to two others and they start talking, then one lady says he can't do that design because I needed to do a gel set, and I told her I had shown him this picture from the start, he should've said that earlier.. She goes to say that design I wanted which was ombré would be like 90$ because I chose long nails and did the coffin shape which I didn't care how much because it was for my wedding... Well can't fix that so I just gave him the color I was doing on my toes... As he paints I notice the shape wasn't right, instead of coffin my nails looked more oval, and not only that but some nails are longer than others and really crooked... I told the owner and showed him how the guy made my nails crooked and how one is longer than the other his response was that it's not a different size it's that the shape is different (why is the shape different if I asked for coffin nails!??!?? ) said I can fix it but I didn't want that guy touching my nails any longer. I went on to do my pedicure to relax before I made a scene. When I went to pay I paid 70$ (20$ for pedicure, 50$ for messed up uneven and oddly shaped nails) Highly upset that my wedding nails were a disaster but learned a valuable lesson to not come to this place again. 

Two weeks later: one nails came off and about two came off from the bottom. Nail polish shipped.

Ana & Judy do an amazing job with blow drying hair & hair cuts.. Their work is very professional... Myra , Rosa, and Linda do a FANTASTIC pedicure, and I'm positive the other woman there are FANTASTIC too, but I usually stick to the 3 woman to do my feet. Everyone there is friendly and they make you feel comfortable.. I love this place!!!!

Terrible Customer Service....I took my girlfriend and her daughter her today and they had been going to this salon for years... Well, today my girlfriend was so embarrassed by the customer service we received to day. They were so insensitive to my 7 yr. old goddaughter. They charged us an adult price for her little nails & toes, applied the polish extra thick and then got mad at her when they messed up. First of all we were all having services done so no adult was sitting with her and she messed her nails up. When the lady insisted on fixing it and not refunding the $8, she told the 7yr you must sit still and right here until I allow you to get up. I guess your nails messed themselves up? How unprofessional and inappropriate to address/accuse a kid and without their parent. My goddaughter was so afraid, she kept saying sorry like she did something wrong. Please don't take your girls there for anything... all they care about is making a dollar. To top it off my gel manicure came out awful...I was so upset about my goddaughter I neglected to notice my nails. A PICTURE OF MY NAILS ATTACHED! They are not shaped right and the polish is not smooth, it doesn't look nice I could have done this at HOME!

I have come to pro nails for as long as I can remember and have never had any problems, until a few months ago. I got my nails done and 2 days later noticed the tip of my finger started to blow up and cause me pain, thinking it was my arthritis I did nothing. 3 weeks later I return to get my nails done to finally see what was going on-fungus. I was told by the woman who was doing my nails that it was my fault because water was getting under the nail- okay maybe she was right, I continued to go to pro nails. Roughly 2 months after the incident I returned to get my nails done as I do every few weeks and when the paint was taken off my nails I noticed YET AGAIN fungus on my nail. AGAIN she stated water may have seeped through the side and that it was my fault.  Needless to say I am no longer going to this nail salon. I am not trying to bash this nail salon- rather give my personal experience.

I went here a few months ago. Service wasn't bad, but not friendly. Price was a bit more expensive than other places. The sparkle nails are beautifully done though.
