Wouldn't recommend this location.  Not very warm and inviting when you walk through the door in my opinion.  I made an appointment for a hot stone massage, which I've never had before.  I was disappointed and will not be getting another one.  The massage therapist was very nice but I'm not sure about how much experience she has.  I ended up getting slightly burned on my back because the stones were way too hot, and she said, "yeah it's either they're too hot or too cold, there is no in between."  She then started stretching me and moving my legs in uncomfortable positions which was not helping my back (I did not ask for or pay for stretching.....I paid for a MASSAGE).  Her massage was hurting and I realized it was because she was putting a lot of pressure over my bones, not my muscles.  Plus, she continually kept suggesting I keep coming back to see her so she can work out my knots.  I didn't really appreciate a sales pitch when I was trying to relax.  I honestly could not wait for this massage to be over, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be the other way around. I suggest going to a different location or finding a better massage therapist!

AWFUL!!!!!! I wish I can give them 0 stars. Tried to cancel my appointment, was told they are charging me half of my service because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy that I was never informed of!! No one told me about the policy when booking my appointment, so I am not sure how I was expected to know. The front desk associate claims I was called two days ago to confirm my appt and explained the police and that is why I am being charged. I called them two days ago to BOOK the appt, I was never confirmed and I offered cellphone records as proof. I am sick as a dog and am now either forced to get a facial that I can't sit there for or lose half of my gift card that my husband spends top dollar on. In this past year alone he's spent $500 on gift cards alone and this is how I'm treated? I spend top dollar every time I go on products and services. I couldn't even get a managers or employees name. Safe to say I will be speaking to corporate first thing tomorrow and I will never return to a hand and stone again. A company that promotes health and wellness won't help you out when you are not well? Doesn't make sense to me.

Staff needs more experience. Customer service needs to improve. Does not have a "spa" feeling at all from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out.

Worst experience ever!! This place is a scam be aware. I would give them a 0 star if that was allowed. For a place with "specific policy" their staff should have been trained better. Sadly I got trapped into the monthly membership and they charged us a fee twice because we went in a few days earlier than allowed. A month later we got charged again after we signed and forward the termination policy. Also the massage bed was unheated for a hot stone session, obviously not worth the money.
