Excellent care! professionals that take their time with your hair while explaining what they are doing which is important since I have a lot of hair that I wear natural with no chemicals. Also very willing to answer any questions you have. Very friendly & accommodating as well!

Love the atmosphere and the salon owner... The 2nd time I came months later after my first visit the owner remembered my name and that I was getting married... It definitely says alot to me about how they treat their clients .. My hair always feels like silk when I leave

When I first came to this salon, I was pleased by the staff and everything about the salon. It showed a lot of promise. However, ever since my old stylist, Lorinda, left in October, things started to change, but not in a good way. The prices went up, and they made it harder to schedule an appointment by taking away the option to schedule online. The worst part was when I asked Aqwanda for a trim, but she gave me a cut. I was so shocked and devastated that a stylist from what used to be a salon with promise would do this. Stay away from Aqwanda. She is scissor happy.

I was in the area on Tuesday of this week with my sister. For some reason I'd forgotten my phone and my wallet at home and my sister phone had died.  My niece just started college on that Tuesday, which is right up the street from this place and we wasn't able to reach her due to me not having my working phone and my sister phone that had died. I seen on the door where it said free wifi, so I walked in to this place in need of help.  The first lady I seen was seating at the desk on a call, so I started talking with one of the stylist that was in the second booth to the right. I began to let her know what I needed. I told her that I needed to use their wifi to just try to find my niece and that it was important that I find her. I also told them that I would come back once I got my wallet and get my hair washed and cut with them to make it right. This lady and her clients started laughing at me and treated me like less than a person. Of course I was a little hurt by this, so I walked out. I thank God that someone was able to bless my sister and I with a charger for her phone. It really bothered me that people could be so heartless and nonchalant. The only reason why I decided to write this is because, I went back to this Salon looking for the owner. As I was walking back inside the owner was walking to the front of the Salon. I just told her that I was going to write a bad review on this place she didn't even try to see what problem I had here. I will not say where I work or who I know in the community. You have to be careful how you treat people because, you never know who they are. We as people have to do better. I hope that this was a one time thing and no one else has to go through anything like this here.

Excellent service! Ms.Krystal is all about healthy hair. She's always informative about the products available and gives great tips for styling my hair. Also, The shop is very professional! Best shop in Charlotte!! ☺️
