I booked a massage for 9am and when I checked in at 8:45 the recptionist informed me the Masseuse would be with me shortly. 9:03 comes around and I am still waiting.  Come to find out she’s not even working that day. Not sure how there could be such a disconnect between employees to the point that the front desk doesn’t even know a certain person is not working. The front desk reassured me that a manager would contact me and I have not heard anything from management. I was hoping to have a relaxing day but instead it was more stressful and aggravating. It was a complete waste of time between commuting and waiting for no one. Wasted my money on childcare for no reason. It was a terrible first time experience at the Mt. Holly location.

My fiance told me he had been wanting to get a haircut but he hasn't had the time. He normally goes to Great Clips but I decided I would make him an appointment at William Henry so he could treat himself to a nice haircut and beard trim. Being more expensive than Great Clips, I had high standards. We came in on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 and the door says "walk ins welcome". So we came in and we were told they were booked. Okay, that's fine. So we called later on that day and made an appointment for the very next day. We arrived on time, waited a few minutes, and the stylist came and introduced herself. My fiance told her what he wanted. A haircut and a beard trim. The stylist told him she can't do a beard trim. Thinking to myself.. but she is a cosmatologist? He was back there for about 10 minutes and when he came out, he looked the exact same. He had requested a 1 to 2 fade, but his hair was still long especially on top. So I asked him if the stylist even did anything to his hair. He was unsatisfied as well but I was even more upset for spending almost $20 on a so called "haircut" that I could have given him. He came home and trimmed his beard. We won't be back. Great Clips is cheaper and better quality.

I made an appointment with Molly for 6:30 PM on July 5th 2017 at the Mount Holly, NC location. I showed up15 minutes early and waited until approximately 6:40 at which time I was told Molly was not available. I was asked if I could come back Saturday....as if. Did I mention I skipped an evening dinner with my lovely wife for this appointment? Talk about adding insult to injury! I won't be going back.
