I was referred by a friend to get my nails done since her nails are always impeccable, she referred Danielle as her manicure, I tried to making an appointment and she is displasant and rude, as a first time client I was expecting a better treatment, I will not be referring anyone and I recently found out im not the first person she treats this way. Nothing against the place but I believe the staff plays a big role in the business. My first impression is that new clientele is no longer needed for her. I do not recommend.

I parked infront tge office when the place was closed.  
The guy from the towing company who work for the spa waited for the police officer to leave and then threatened us to tow our car just based on our race. Told us it's his country and not ours.

Making money by booting and towing people around the business even when it's closed. Even booted handicap. No clear signs.
The guy Michael Becker was super racist.
