Great spa, very clean with friendly technicians. Aaron, the manager will always greet you by name. They have the latest gel colors and nail trends. Can't go wrong with their spa pedicure! Love being able to book appointments online.

I have been going for a few months and I am very happy at every visit. It's easy to just walk in and be taken care of right away. Each technician does a wonderful job. We're so happy we found Beauty Sense!

Customer service oriented. The spa is spotless. The equipment is always autoclaved. The staff are highly skilled. But on top of that they truly care about your comfort, asking you if you want a beverage, if the water temperature is to your liking etc.  Best nail spa in Ellicott City!

Bad service. I went in, looking for relaxing mani and pedi treatments, but the staff were so rude, I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I don't want to be treated that way after a long day of work. Definitely not what I am looking for.

I have experienced very bad service and my nails were damaged during a procedure because the manicurist filed my natural nails too rough. When I informed her of this, the management became very rude and belligerent.
