Very clean and calm salon.  They offer several types of nail services, and are superior at their nail care.  Prices are very reasonable, and nail polish selection is huge.  Something for everyone!

I love this nail and spa because it offers consistent superior service. There are at least 10 to 15 nail technicians in the facility and each tech deliver superior service. The staff is always professional. On most occasion, the wait is minimal. They serve water and possibly wine while servicing the client.

SNS dip polish where have you been all my life! Blue Ocean Nails and Spa is fantastic. The Ellicott City location and parking are convenient. My favorite nail technician is Mimi. She is super meticulous and I never have to ask her to do anything. The SNS dip polish lasts a good 2 weeks for sure with Mimi’s technique and TLC. I wont go anywhere else or let anyone else but Mimi do my nails.
