The worst customer service that I ever experience !!!
I tried to schedule service call for repair.
I called three different each time they told me that someone will call me back to schedule an appointment with me... 
that never happens !!!!

Good Guys to work with helped me make a few decisions on which tub to go with Chris was a great help knew the electrical requirements and all.

I just purchased a home with a salt water swimming pool. I stopped in with a water sample and a very long list of questions and concerns. I must of asked 10 or 15 questions in a row with out letting the person behind the counter respond and she then just asked, "would you like me to test your water?' After about 5 minutes she headed me a printout of the results; explained to me what I needed to correct the chemistry and educated me on salt water swimming pools. I left with two 20 lbs bags of what my pool was missing and some miscellaneous items. They even carried the bags to my car. 

I enter a bit overwhelmed from a cross-country move to a house with a pool and a saltwater pool to boot. I left knowing exactly what to do and where to go if I have any more issues. My experience was very positive. If I were to think of a negative, it would be trying to arrive in the right parking lot for the store. I mistakenly parked at the adjacent restaurant.

Poor customer service and lack of follow up
Ordered brand new hot tub cover 6 months ago that leaks and collects water and was told by Chris at the store that this is normal. Very disappointed.
