I always recommended this nail salon since they opened because they had good service most of the time, but I went back recently and the guy that helped me was on his phone the entire time. He kept trying to hide it but when he constantly opens the drawer to text and watch videos it’s very obvious. Since he was in his phone the work done was not the best. One of my nails broke less than 4 hours after I got them done and I wasn’t even doing anything I haven’t done before. Eventually when I had the nails taken off, we realized that they were glued on to my skin so now I have missing skin on my both my thumbs, which hurts and I have to be extremely careful so the cuts don’t get bigger and so they are able to heal. Since I have missing skin my real nails also broke in places that should not be broken because they’re on actual skin. Never going back and it was a good place a few years back.

I go here since it’s close to work at UIC and it’s convenient to get nails done on lunch if it’s not busy. They do a good job

Love the place.. Joe is really gud.. N the new girl Kelly.. But only thing I was upset about is that you received new chairs but in the whole shop0n changing the clients a extra $3 for pedi.. I feel we spend our money that should already b available for us to b comfortable..

The staff is very rude! They don’t take their time (everything is rushed)  the lady that do lashes resfuse to service me cause she over heard me and another woman complementing another salon on their work 😩 overall their just unbelievably disrespectful and rude af!
