My kids love this place!  They are 3 and 5 and they get so excited when I say "Who wants Black Bear?"!  They have very generous portions of American comfort food and breakfast is served all day.  I had the Fish and Chip's with their scratch made tartar sauce and started off with a salad with a side of Caesar and scratch made Thousand Island.  The salad was fresh and crisp and the dressings were very tasty.  The Fish and Chip's was quite good as well.  Came out hot and crispy and has beer battering which I prefer.  The kitschy campy decor is cute and fun, it was very clean, and for a nice casual and comfortable dinner it's a fun experience.  The service was very good as well which I really appreciated, our waitress was so nice.  My children  enjoy their kids menu and coloring crayons.  I like that they have plenty of choices for kiddos and they have cute little cups with lids.  Black Bear Diner is a wonderful family-friendly place for a yummy relaxed meal with cute bears and great service.  🐻🐻🐻

We visited here from Orlando and it was a pretty good place to eat breakfast.  The service was great and the decor was definitely kitschy in a good kind of way.  Their sweet tea was...not great...but I'm from the south so there are higher standards there. :) The omelette my husband had was divine!  8/10 would recommend.

Staff was so nice and the food was great!  I did miss having the prime rib, however the New York steak was fabulous. Nice family atmosphere!

Food was great. Our server Lynn was the best. I will definitely be coming back for breakfast soon. Two thumbs up!!!

Abundance of food, and delicious as well. Service was very good and friendly. Only problem is, too much food and I can't stop eating because it is delicious. I had breakfast.
