I had bought a dress there that unknowingly to me and the check out clerk had a satin. When I tried it on at the hotel before a party in different lighting the stain was visible. Luckily I had another dress appropriate for the occasion so I wore that instead. I went to the store to return it the fallowing week. the dress only everycoming out of the bag to try it on then right back into the bag I bought it in so to return it. and the blonde haired "manager" told me because the tags were bent she couldnt take it back, and they would never sell a dress in that condition. 
I shop in bebe at least once a month spending 100 plus a visit and I will never go back there due to such poor service and selling cloths with stains that they refuse to return.

This store is great! A little pricey sometimes, for clothes that arent very well made. But most of the time I love my purchases!
