I don't shop at zumiez, I'm not the outdoors kinda person. I was Christmas shopping for some family members and an employee Marcus was a godsend. I don't know anything about longboards or snowboards or anything. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I went home and double checked a lot of the things he said (like what brands were good) and everything he told me was accurate. Amazing customer experience, thanks Marcus.

Marcus rocks. I haven't boarded since I was a teen and he not only answered all my questions he set my board to a T. Ill be back.

We shopped around and found nice stuff. Found something in the wrong area that was half off. They told us it was in the wrong spot. She then told us she will make it right for us. Instead of blaming us for finding it in the wrong area she made it right to us and took blame. The way it should be. Then found a Nixon and put it on hold and they were very nice about it and even gave a choice to call tonight if we needed it held longer than normal. Thank you guys!!

Marcus was a real gem of an employee. Patient, friendly, and knowledgeable are usually terms associated with decent employees. Our man, Marcus, heldnone of these qualities. He did however reek of B.O.

Lmao...stuff on the clearance rack wasn't on clearance. They were getting angry and yelling in front of customers over how busy the store was and honestly they had less than 10 people in line. It was dumb. Went there to specifically buy a pair of shoes I could only get at a zumiez. I'm definitely not spending money here. Waste of time of even looking through the clothes. At least one guy was chill and showede watches.
