Very good customer service, very good product. Didn't always arrive in one piece, and sometimes the wrong color, but always quickly fixed with efficient and cooperative customer service.

The management and leaders are awful,  rude, and disrespectful to employees below them. In fact, they are the worst any company could ever have. This is why turnover very high, besides the fact that the salary is low. This is the only warehouse company that does not require a drug screen, background check, and reference check to get hired. It is the only company that hires and gives criminals and unqualified individuals a leadership and management role. This is absolutely the worst company to work for.

Extremely poor customer service with no real concept of production. If something is mis printed they color it in with sharpy. They use other company products and replace the tags. They have cockroaches all through the facility. As an ex employee if you need something printed please find a different company i guarantee you won't be satisfied with your order.

The quality of the products isn't anything close to acceptable, in fact most items printed here and passed on to the customer would be immediately trashed at other reputable companies, although those companies wouldn't even produce such poor examples in the first place.  My advice would be to pass this moneymaking scam of a company straight by.
