I purchased 3 items online and I made sure to read their return policy, the return policy indicated that ‘final sale’ isn’t returnable, I looked at my items closely during the browsing, adding to the cart, and the checkout processes, there was no indication that any of them is a final sale.

Strike 1: When I received the items, I was shocked to see on the receipt that 2 out of the 3 are final sale. I called customer service, she acknowledged that the web site wasn’t descriptive and that I can return the items. I asked if I need any confirmation or documentation, she said no, just send them back, I added a note on your account.

Strike 2: I still decided to write a note on the receipt that customer service agreed on the return, I sent the return back. They only refunded me for one item. I am pissed about a couple of things here: 1) what were they planning to do with the other two items? 2) Their incompetent staff failed to read the note or review my account

Strike 3: I called about the other two pieces, they apologized and they said they’ll issue the refund in another 5 – 10 days. Today, I receive an email saying I was refunded $53.10 for item # 1 and $45 for item # 2 which totals to $91.10. Who did their math? How 53.10 + 45 = 91.10????
