Always a compromise with the Men's Wearhouse. For instance, I rented a tuxedo for a holiday wedding this week. Tuxedo came in on time and was notified promptly, which was great. Tried on in store to verify fit, jacket did not fit. Saleswoman said there's nothing they could do because there wasn't enough turnaround time. So, her suggestion was to leave jacket open or button the bottom button. For the amount of money spent, I find these excuses unacceptable. Furthermore, anyone trained properly in men's wear knows you do not button the bottom button of a suit/tuxedo jacket. Odd suggestion, from a men's shop specializing in men's attire. In closing, I didn't appreciate the shoulder shrug. Try somewhere, you'll be happier with the way you look, I guarantee it.

My bf rented a tux from here this past wknd. Not only was the tux amazing, the people are as well. I was running late one night to return the tux & i called to let them know i was on the way & was just going to make it. They told me to come in the next day & ask for Bobby. I did just that & so glad i did. This person was so nice. Sometimes your caught off guard with random acts of kindness & I just had to write a review because people like that deserve recognition. He was a very nice man & because of that we will always return to that store & at that location! Thank you! :)

After a nightmarish experience at Macy and Nordstrom at the Christiana mall I reluctantly decided to pop into Men's Wearhouse because we were hitting Costco afterward. I had purchased a few items from the MW on Concord Pike over ten years ago and found the experience and selection very average. This recent trip to the MW in Christiana was the single best experience I have ever had in a VERY busy clothing store. I attribute that to Reggie, the representative that helped me out. He listened to exactly what I asked for, grabbed me everything I needed and coordinated the measurements in a very succinct manner, which was impressive because the store was chaos that day (many customers). Reggie was very personable as well and his follow up was refreshingly on point. Because of Reggie and this most recent experience I will once again add MW to my list of potential places to buy business apparel. I left feeling like Reggie went the extra mile in terms of customer service. If I had to give any advice I would say give MW a try again if you have taken them off your list (their selection and quality has improved IMO) and ask for Reggie if you go to the store in Christiana. He was easily the most friendly, diligent, and best dressed representative in the store. Thanks Reggie!

Incredibly unprofessional staff. The guys were very young, with hoodies over their dress shirts, eating chocolate covered pretzels and texting in front of customers. The young man who helped my fiancé wasn’t paying attention to his measurements at all. The Mens Wearhouse on 202 in Wilmington is much more professional and helpful. We will not be back.

Always liked this men's store. The staff can get you custom fitted while you wait. Lots of specials on quality clothes.
