Worst customer service I've ever received. As I was shopping for a dress, the girl at the counter was just playing on her phone barely acknowledging me or offering to help me. Once I selected the dress I liked I noticed it had a stain, I asked if she had another and she just said no, she didn't bother to check in the back or offered to ship another to me. Instead she said she would try to clean it. I began to browse when I notice she was spraying the stain with windex and rubbing it with Clorox wipes which she had behind the counter. When I asked if the dress was ok she simply answered I think you just need to wash it. I told her I was not going to purchase a dress that was stained and she said well I'm not going to discount it as if that's what I was getting to. I simply thanked her for her time and left. I then walked next door and purchased a dress at Banana Republic where I was treated great. I remember why I never shop at the Uptown Bebe, there is no customer service, the girls who work there think they are above the customers who come in to shop and spend money which is what pays them. Since I really liked the dress I found at that store I turned to the internet and found it at a great price. I will never shop at this location.

Customer service was the worse. Those girls hated their job. So unprofessional the heavy girl was always eating while working.

I was appalled at the looks that I received from the clerk. She looked me up and down with a look of judgement. She then made a gasping sound while looking at me and I felt horrible! No, I wasn't dressed in a 500.00 outfit like her and I was not wearing high heals and no my boobs are not falling out of my blouse. I changed my mind about shopping there because I felt so judged. I simply ducked out of the store as fast as I could. My husband wanted to buy me some outfits there, but I said no, I feel too ashamed to shop there. We are not good enough...Let's just go and NEVER return. I will tell everyone I know know to refrain from shopping there too.
