Wonderful service in the Window Coverings Department.   Great deals in the home department.   All the clearance is an extra 60% off the clearance prices, there is still great deal in clothing area, especially men's clothes.

If you want great customer service jc penny is the place to shop. I have been shopping with them for years as a card holder. Their prices are amazing as well. The only complaint I would have is the organization of the store needs improvement. But the #1 reason I will continue to shop here is they take their customer satisfaction seriously. If I ever encountered a problem with an associate or an issue management always made sure I was satisfied and address my concerns. I'm big on customer service. I thank you jc penny because you don't find this often.

days before Christmas...filthy, trashed and chaotic.  Rude, mean, disrespectful shoppers.  Twenty people or more at the cash registers.  Two sales people on the floor completely overwhelmed. Merchandise thrown in piles on tables and on the floor. Avoid this store.  It's gross.

So in between the toddler section and the juniors clothing area a female Caucasian employee who hid her name tag behind her long hair, decided to act like a profiling racist to my wife. I'm really happy to know that after serving my country that a dirtbag like this would decide to harass my family member. You have singlehandedly lost all my business, my friend's won't come there, i'm done with you.
