Went shopping here on Saturday, haven't been here in quite awhile because I live in Santa Fe and just been so busy, I miss it...I love the clothes! So Saturday I was here and Nadia was working, as I approached her I told her what I needed. She was extremely customer oriented, professional, so nice and very helpful. We need more customer service like Nadia!!

They are always so helpful here. Good selection but a bit pricey. We usually come here when they are doing promotions or have really good discounts. The dressing rooms are very roomy and comfortable, always clean as well as the store is always well kept.

Marissa treated me like a guest- she greeted me right away, took the time to listen to my needs, and made several trips back and forth from the fitting rooms to get me different sizes, colors, etc. I'd thought about trying Nordstroms personal shopper experience, but the Abq Nordstroms does not offer it. I'm glad I came here instead- Marissa was my personal shopper, with the added bonus of an understanding of the particular needs of the plus size shopper. I'll be back!

Super helpful. Took time to assist me. Measured me. And even kept going back and forth to get me different sizes.

I walked in, was not greeted. I needed help looking for something wondered around and they couldn't bother to talk to me. I don't want to come back to a store that will not help customers.
